6. Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

Free delivery within the Nairobi CBD
Ksh 190 via ParcelGrid Courier for standard parcel delivery
From Ksh 250 for deliveries to Nairobi outskirts and surrounding areas

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, public holidays). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item
Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible
